We
can give you access to employed (salaried) or self employed (commission
only) positions, with a variety of companies, from locally established
expanding businesses and estate agencies to large national independent
advice companies. Our main partner company, Park Row Associates Ltd, is part of the Park Row Group, recently acquired by Royal
Liver. Park Row have expanded from some 190 advisers at the end of
2002 to some 600+ advisers by the middle of 2004. This rapid expansion
is due to a very solid business model, which is now supported by
a strong financial backing with the acquisition by Royal Liver. Despite
many companies opting for a tied or multi-tied status, Park Row have
maintained a position of full independence for all financial services
products, believing that it would be negative to limit the choice
of products available for their advisers to offer clients. This 'choice'
of course leads to more business for the advisers of Park Row, as
they are able to find the BEST deal out there without restriction.
As
part of the mortagge introducer services group of websites, we receive
hundreds of UK mortgage advice leads each day which are sourced to advisers
registered with our partner companies. The provision of various sources
of business is key to the business model of any forward thinking company.
A steady source of leads may be key to maintaining high levels of business
for anyone new to the industry or who does not have a large client bank.
Even for those with an existing client bank, the development of varying
streams of business is key in an ever-changing environment.
We
have developed a unique bespoke lead generation software system with
Park Row Group, which aids sales / conversions to internet FS clients
(and other sources of lead business). The ALPS system was
piloted back in 2002 and has been continually developed and improved
ever since. The philosophy behind ALPS is a remote sale, communicating
with the client by means of e-mail / e-forms and telephone. The development
of systems and processes over time has meant that we now know what
works and what does not, and can offer training and support to help
advisers achieve the earnings that they would like to achieve.
